How do I earn Vizmara Rewards?
Three ways. Every order earns 3% of what you paid back as points. Refer a friend and you earn 250 points once their first order is delivered. Write a review of something you actually bought and you earn 100 points once it is approved — up to 6 rewarded reviews a year.
When can I spend them?
Points from an order or a referral clear 7 days after delivery, which covers the returns window. Review points are available as soon as a moderator approves the review. Anything still clearing is shown separately in your account, so you always know what is on the way.
You can start spending once your balance reaches 500 points. One point is worth one rupee off.
Do points expire?
A balance lasts 12 months. Earning or spending anything pushes that date back, so an account in regular use never loses points.
Can I use rewards and a coupon together?
Yes. Rewards are applied after any coupon discount, against whatever remains of the order value. They are not applied to delivery charges.
What happens if I cancel or return an order I earned points on?
Points from that order are cancelled if they have not cleared yet — that is what the 7-day window is for. Once they have cleared they are yours, and a balance is never taken below zero. Any points you spent on a cancelled order come straight back.
