Who can join?
Anyone with an audience they can genuinely recommend to — content creators, nutritionists, trainers, clinicians and community admins. Applications are reviewed before approval; we look for a real audience rather than a follower count.
What commission do I earn?
A rate is agreed with you when your application is approved, and shown in your affiliate dashboard. It is calculated on the value of the goods after any discount, excluding delivery and fees.
How is a sale attributed to me?
Through your unique tracking link. Following it credits you for thirty days, and the most recent link somebody followed is the one that counts. Every click, order and commission line is visible in your dashboard.
When am I paid?
Commission moves from pending to approved once the order passes its return window. Approved balances are paid by bank transfer and the payout status is updated so you can see exactly where each period stands.
Can I be an affiliate and still earn Rewards?
Yes, but not on the same order. Affiliate commission and referral rewards are separate programmes, and an order is attributed to one of them, never both.
Where is the programme managed?
Tracking links, commission rules and payouts run through our affiliate platform, and that is where your dashboard lives — you will get a login when you are approved. Your shopping account here is separate.
